On September 6, XLX Group held a kick-off meeting of “High Potential Brand Project” in the second meeting room on the sixth floor of R&D building, in which Mr. Lu Donghong and Mr. Liu Weiqiang, partners of Meidi Enterprise Management Consulting and the consulting expert team, Mr. Liu Xingxu, chairman of the board of directors of XLX Group, Mr. Zhang Qingjin, general manager, and the core management team of XLX Group took part in the kick-off meeting. At the meeting, the two project managers were introduced around the project work plan and ideas, work priorities and other content. Zhang Qingjin, general manager of the group, put forward the overall requirements: Firstly, each unit is required to establish the “first” brand concept, and take the process of project consulting and seminars as an opportunity to unify the mind and change the concept; secondly, we should improve the quality of service by focusing on the customer, and then improve customer satisfaction to win the trust and support of the customer; thirdly, we should have the participation of all the staff and systematically enhance the service. System enhancement. Brand building is a long-term project that requires the joint efforts of all employees to actively participate in brand building activities. Finally, Liu Xingxu, chairman of the group, made a concluding speech. Chairman Liu pointed out that brand building should be closely integrated with enterprise culture.
