On November 12, the 49th International Conference on Quality Management Teams (ICQCC) was held in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The QC achievement of “Reducing the inspection time of electronic grade CO2 heavy vehicle” reported by Explorer QC team of Deep Cold Energy Company of XLX Group was honored with GOLD AWARD by the conference.
ICQCC is the highest level conference in the field of international quality management, known as “Quality Olympics”. With the theme of “Innovation, Vitality and Beauty of Quality”, the conference was attended by more than 2,000 online delegates and 2,800 offline delegates, and more than 1,000 best quality innovation and improvement projects from various countries and regions were reported.

Through process optimization, equipment improvement and other research measures, the QC achievement of “Reducing the inspection time of heavy trucks of electronic grade CO2” reduced the inspection time of heavy trucks of electronic grade CO2 from the original 18 hours to 7.9 hours, which reduced the waiting time of customers for loading trucks and greatly improved the experience of customers, and it was selected through the audits of Henan Provincial Quality Association and China Quality Association. It has passed the auditing and selection of Henan Quality Association and China Quality Association, and finally represented XLX Group to reach the highest hall of international QC team activities.
