From August 26th to August 31st, Mr. Liu Xingxu, Chairman of Xinlianxin Group, Mr. Li Hao, General Manager of Deep Cold Energy Company, Mr. Zhang Qiang, Deputy General Manager, and other leaders of the group went to domestic semiconductor enterprises to exchange ideas with their counterparts in gas-related enterprises, to learn about the demand for semiconductor electronic gases, and to discuss the direction of the development of future electronic gases.
Through this visit and exchange, Chairman Liu put forward clear requirements for the future development of electronic special gas of Deep Cooling Energy Company. Chairman Liu pointed out that, firstly, the sales staff of electronic special gas is the bridge of communication between the company and semiconductor customers, and they must be close to the end customers to understand the needs of customers, and do a good job in service and development of new markets. Organize both sides of the technical team to maintain close communication, to ensure that the product can accurately docking customer demand, timely solution to customer problems, to create greater value for customers.
Secondly, the R&D of electronic special gas products needs the support of organizational system. We should sort out the organization structure and division of responsibilities of the current R&D personnel of Deepcooling Energy Company, build an organization according to the new products, and clarify the project responsibility system. From product research, product development, product launch to establish a whole set of supervision and incentive mechanism, according to customer demand to push back the time node of our new product launch, high standards, high requirements to complete the project, clear responsibility to the person.
Third, we should pay attention to the reserve and cultivation of high-end talents, first of all from human resources, combined with the semiconductor industry status quo to establish a talent introduction mechanism, the development of supporting incentives, to be willing to invest, dare to cultivate. Make good use of the R&D platform of Shanghai Company to attract high-end technical talents, R&D talents and sales talents in the industry, and cultivate a number of doctoral and postgraduate students to support the future development of Deep Cooling Energy.
Fourthly, under the rapid development of the domestic semiconductor industry, we should pay close attention to the construction progress of the new projects of semiconductor customers, seize the window period of the new projects, and push forward the validation and testing of the new products, so as to ensure that we can respond to the customer's needs quickly.
Chairman Liu emphasized that in order to achieve sustainable development, enterprises must transform to high-quality industry chain development. First, it is necessary to increase investment in research and development, manufacture high-end products, and continuously meet the needs of customers.
