Recently, at the International Fertilizer Association (IFA)2025 Asia-Pacific Conference held in Bangkok, Thailand, the humic acid products of Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co., LTD. Good products offer solid guarantees

 

In recent years, Xinlianxin Group has joined forces with top domestic and international scientific research forces, focusing on improving the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizers. It has launched high-efficiency fertilizer products such as humic acid, controlled-release fertilizers, coated urea, and energy-concentrating nets, which have become a solid guarantee for enhancing the quality and efficiency of agriculture." Zhang Qingjin, the general manager of Xinlianxin Group, said.

 

It is reported that since 2021, Xinlianxin Group has successively undertaken a number of national scientific research projects during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, such as "Obstacle Grain Fields" and "Non-point Source Pollution", and has continuously iterated and upgraded its high-efficiency products.

 

Domestic demonstration and promotion data show that in different soil, crop and fertilization scenarios, the series of high-efficiency urea products can achieve crop yield without reducing the amount of fertilizer by 6% to 20%, and increase the yield by about 10% under the same amount of fertilizer. In September this year, at the field observation meeting of the Huang-Huai-Hai Multi-factor Productivity Enhancement Project, a sub-project of the "Obstacle Good Field" project in Quzhou County, Hebei Province, the products developed by Xinlianxin Group, such as Zhengyangyuan compound fertilizer and Heiliwang 3.0 urea, when used in combination with organic fertilizers, can increase the yield of wheat and corn crops by 17% to 24% compared with the traditional model.

 

In October this year, at the corn yield assessment meeting of the "Non-point source pollution" project in Xinxiang, Henan Province, the demonstration field of "Water Contact Film 3.0" achieved an 8.2% increase in yield compared to conventional fertilization on the basis of a 15% reduction in fertilizer use. The "Super Control Master" demonstration field achieved a 15% reduction in fertilizer use and a 10.5% increase in yield compared to conventional fertilization.

 

Good technology enables precise regulation

 

Good products also need to be combined with good agricultural technologies. Xinlianxin Group not only focuses on the research and development of high-end products, but also conducts a series of explorations around efficient agricultural technologies, achieving a series of breakthroughs in key technologies for increasing per-unit yield such as water and fertilizer integration.

 

In 2012, Xinlianxin Group began to lay out water-soluble fertilizers and related technologies. By 2019, it had formed a water and fertilizer integration model of "direct supply of liquid fertilizers + intelligent regulation of fertilization" in Xinjiang region. At present, the area covered by water and fertilizer integration in Xinjiang exceeds 600,000 mu. On the basis of saving 15% to 20% of water, it also helps local farmers increase their production by an average of 3% to 5%.

 

In recent years, with the moderate scale-up of land in the Central Plains region, Xinlianxin Group has begun to carry out demonstration experiments of water and fertilizer integration technology in this area. From 2023 to 2024, the company achieved an increase of 50 kilograms per mu in the corn demonstration field in Henan Province. By 2024, the integrated water and fertilizer technology will be promoted in over 50,000 mu in regions such as Xinxiang, Jiaozuo and Nanyang, covering crops like wheat, corn, peanuts and peppers. The demonstration fields can increase the yield of wheat by more than 110 kilograms per mu and that of peanuts by more than 70 kilograms.

 

The core of integrated water and fertilizer management lies in the "three precisions", namely precise formula, precise dosage and precise timing. Liu Ruijie, the director of the Product Research Institute of Xinlianxin Group, introduced that precise formula is determined based on soil testing and laboratory data as well as the target yield of crops. Precise dosage means setting the proportion of water and fertilizer supply based on the different water and fertilizer requirements and the ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium needed for each growth stage of crops. Precise timing refers to applying fertilizer at the appropriate time based on the water and fertilizer demand patterns of crops and the supply and transformation patterns of fertilizer nutrients in the soil.

 

Good service connects end farmers

 

In response to the accelerated pace of domestic land transfer and the trend of large-scale and intensive agriculture, Xinlianxin Group, based on its high-quality products and advanced technologies, has innovated its agricultural service model. With the "Two Big, One Fen, and Common Service" model at its core, it has bribed the "last mile" of enterprise services for farmers at the terminal.

Relying on an agricultural big data platform including soil databases, crop databases and large-scale grower databases, they have delved into the fields and established eight service systems to provide efficient agricultural planting solutions covering the entire process of "soil testing and fertilizer matching before sowing, agricultural technology guidance during sowing and yield measurement and verification after sowing" for end farmers, helping them increase production and income.

 

In Wen County, Henan Province, the soil testing and formula fertilization plan of Xinlianxin Group has increased the yield of corn by 10%, and significantly improved the quality of crops such as corn, wheat and yam, meeting the demands of major client Tianxiang Flour Industry for the quality of agricultural products. In Miluo, Hunan Province, Xinlianxin Group has joined hands with local service providers in the agricultural chain to offer large-scale farmers a full range of services including testing, blending, production, supply and application, helping them increase their income from early rice by more than 50%. In Wuming, Guangxi, in response to the problem of low fertility of local sugarcane crops, Xinlianxin Group adopted a comprehensive solution including "humic acid-containing compound fertilizer + water and fertilizer integration technology + scientific management", which increased the yield of sugarcane per mu in the experimental fields by about 80%.

Liu Ruijie said that in Thailand, Xinlianxin Group has built a water and fertilizer integrated durian demonstration garden and gradually promoted the water and fertilizer integrated technology to help the local efficient agricultural development. In countries such as Laos, Malaysia, South Korea and Vietnam, the green and efficient fertilizer products of Xinlianxin Group have been spread across vast fertile fields, injecting new vitality into the quality improvement and yield increase of local crops.
