  On July 5, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the State Administration for Market Supervision and Administration jointly released the list of key industries energy efficiency "leaders" enterprises in 2023, and a total of 7 industries and 8 enterprises in our province were selected as national energy efficiency "leaders" list. Among them, Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd. has won the honor for the 13th consecutive time since it first won the title of national energy efficiency "Leader" benchmarking enterprise in 2011.

  Energy efficiency "leader" refers to the product, enterprise or unit with the highest energy efficiency in the comparable range of the same type. The list of energy efficiency "leader" enterprises in key industries released this time covers 30 industries such as coal-to-coke, methanol, synthetic ammonia, etc. XLX Group's Henan base in the synthetic ammonia and urea industries, and Jiangxi base in the methanol and urea industries have achieved energy efficiency leadership.

  It is reported that the XLX in the nitrogen fertilizer industry took the lead in setting the "double carbon" goal, in recent years through major technological upgrading, not only the coal conversion efficiency of more than 99.7%, but also particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emission indicators are lower than the national standard indicators, the first in the industry to achieve zero sewage emissions and boiler flue gas, urea granulation tower "super net emissions", It has become the industry's ultra-low emission benchmark for environmental protection, and the company has been awarded the national "Green Factory" and the A-class enterprise of environmental performance evaluation. At the same time, heart to heart vigorously develop the circular economy, the resources to eat dry squeeze net, waste into treasure.

  In the urea production process, it is easy to release a lot of heat, pressure, XLX using new technology to collect these waste heat, waste pressure to make full use of it, convert it into kinetic energy, electric energy, basically eliminate the pressure heat and other energy "drip", the residual energy utilization rate of more than 90%, the annual waste heat generation of about 10 million kilowatt-hours, the residual pressure to save more than 2.4 million kilowatt-hours.
