In 1969, the construction of a fertilizer plant began;

In 1970, a small nitrogen fertilizer plant with an annual output of 3,000 tons of synthetic ammonia was built and put into operation;

In 1977, an oxygen production workshop (predecessor of Henan Xinlianxin Shenleng Energy Co., Ltd.) was established;

In 1993, the head sealing workshop was renamed as “Henan Xinxiang Spinning Head Factory”.

In 1994, the product changed from ammonium bicarbonate to urea;

In 2000, a new era of compound fertilizer business began;

In 2003, it completed the joint-stock transformation and became a private enterprise

In 2009, it was successfully listed in Hong Kong;

In 2011, it started the development in different places and built Xinjiang base; acquired Xinjiang Tianli Coal Mine; Xinxiang Base special railway was put into operation;

In 2016, the melamine project in Xinjiang Base was successfully put into operation; on November 23, the high-purity automotive grade urea achieved an instant operation success; establish the third production base in Jiujiang;

In 2018, the first phase of the Jiujiang Base Compound Fertilizer Project was successfully put into operation; on March 8, Henan Xinlianxin Blue Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established;

In 2019, the company was restructured as Henan Xinlianxin Chemicals Group Co., Ltd., marking the beginning of a new era of development; acquired Ruicheng Pharmaceutical and merged it into China Xinlianxin;

In February 2021, the 600,000t synthetic ammonia, 520,000t urea and 40 dimethyl ether project of Jiangxi Base was completed and put into operation; in July, the amino resin project was successfully started.

Xinlianxin has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Thailand, the company is committed to providing Thai farmers with more high-quality, high-end and efficient nutrition solutions to help Thailand's agriculture further. After a comprehensive investigation of Thailand's fertilizer market and crop planting, the company set up a durian fertilizer test field, and worked out a detailed durian fertilizer program in cooperation with experts from the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and the Domestic Research Institute. After nearly a year of experiment, the program has achieved initial results. In order to promote durian cultivation techniques and the latest fertilizer use scheme to local farmers, the company held its first durian Pilot farm agricultural viewing on April 29. At the meeting, the company explained the technical points of durian cultivation to farmers and demonstrated the latest fertilizer application effect, which was warmly welcomed and widely praised by local farmers. The company has made certain achievements in Thailand. In order to deepen the agricultural exchanges between China and Thailand, the company hopes to further establish contact with the Ministry of Agriculture of Thailand, understand the needs of agricultural development in Thailand, find a meeting point for future development cooperation, provide better fertilizer and planting programs for Thai agriculture, and jointly promote the development of Thai agriculture.

Xinlianxin has always been adhering to the scientific and technological innovation development strategy, and has established the China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry (Xinlianxin) Technology Research Center, National Enterprise Technology Center, Innovation Center for Efficient Utilization of Nitrogen Fertilizer, Water-fertilizer Integration Research Center, Postdoctoral Research Workstation, Nationally Recognized Laboratory, Intelligent Greenhouse and other research platforms.
